SHIPPING
Yes. Orders are subject to a fixed delivery fee based on delivery location. The delivery fee will automatically be reflected in the summary of orders during checkout. Should customer choose a 3rd Party delivery service, rates / charges shall be shouldered by the customer.

Yes. Please call within 15 minutes from Checkout to amend the delivery address.
For now, there’s no automated tracking system for your orders. Our Customer Service Specialists shall notify you via sms/email once your items are dispatched out of our hub.
